Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join Swamangalam’s growing team. The ideal candidate will manage and execute both online and offline marketing strategies to promote our wedding and event services. You will work closely with the creative, sales, and operations teams to build strong brand visibility, generate quality leads, and ensure a seamless marketing workflow throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Marketing

Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Plan and run paid campaigns to boost reach and lead generation.

Create engaging content including posts, stories, and reels.

Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
Marketing Campaign Development

Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns for weddings, events, and festive seasons.

Coordinate promotions during peak wedding periods and special occasions.
SEO & Lead Generation

Work on SEO strategies to improve website ranking.

Manage Google Ads, Social Ads, and performance-based campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
Creative & Branding Support

Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, newsletters, and landing pages.

Collaborate with the Content Writer and Graphic Designer to ensure consistent branding.
Marketing Calendar & Reporting

Maintain a structured marketing calendar for events, festivals, and promotions.

Prepare monthly reports on leads, conversions, ad performance, and ROI.
Coordination With Sales & Vendors

Support the sales team by passing qualified leads and assisting in client follow-ups.

Collaborate with venues, decorators, caterers, and vendor partners for joint promotions.
Offline Marketing

Participate in exhibitions, bridal fairs, roadshows, and promotional events.

Represent Swamangalam and promote our services in various offline activities.
Required Skills & Experience

1–3+ years of experience in marketing (events/hospitality preferred).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools — SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads.

Good written & verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and ability to ideate promotional campaigns.

Basic data-analysis skills (ROI, leads, conversions).

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of Canva or basic Photoshop is an added advantage.
